PDFdart sells downloadable digital products. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

When to contact us

Please contact us if you cannot access your purchase, receive the wrong file, are charged incorrectly, or believe there is another genuine order problem. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when warranted.

How to request help

Email hello@pdfdart.com with the email address used for the purchase and enough information to identify the order. Do not email full payment-card numbers or other sensitive financial credentials.
